Canberra’s food scene is undergoing a revolution, led by a new generation of producers, businesses and chefs. In partnership with Capital Brewing, this symposium will explore issues of sustainability, post-pandemic hospitality and our social relationship with food. Speakers include Fiona Buining (Ainslie Urban Farm), Dash Rumble (Pilot), Dr Bethaney Turner (University of Canberra), Max Walker (Paranormal Wines), Caitlin Baker (Venus Vinifera), Andrew Duong (Miss Van’s), Dr Trang X Ta (ANU), Michael Brewer (Goterra) and Dan Watters (Capital Brewing).
Following the symposium, Louis Couttoupes (Onzieme) will cook a one-night-only ‘circular dining’ menu in the Capital Brewing beer garden. This dinner is ticketed separately. Find out more and book here.
