The Vault is an event space for temporary performance, arts and events at Dairy Road.

Managed by Dionysus, and in collaboration with a number of different hirers, we hope The Vault brings even more excitement to the precinct with a variety of curated events, appealing to all kinds of audiences.

Celebrate seasonal produce at the Dairy Road Winter Market.

With over 50 seasonal producers selling winter goods from regional farms in collaboration with the Southern Harvest Association.

Explore the best of cold climate produce – truffles, wine, garlic, olives and much more – at this delicious winter market entertainment for all ages.

Produce will be available for purchase as well as being able to be enjoyed on site. There will be a feast of street foods such as crepes, biryani, tacos, crumpets, gözleme, cannoli’s, dumplings and more. Pop by the Vault for the Cellar Door wine market and local cheese favourite Le Cheeserie with their famous Raclette and truffle toasties.

Join renowned Chef Christophe Gregoire in the Mill Theatre for a truffle cooking demonstration and tasting. Christophe is a local French chef with over 20 years of restaurant experience and a passion for showcasing the magnificence of local black truffles. Bookings required, tickets available here.
